  1. I LOVED this! I also realized in listening that I contextualize my texts to the age/role of the person I’m texting with… will now be more self-conscious about it, haha. K and I both thought this was great – very educational – esp the finger pointing emojis. K says that maybe part of the multiple sentences in a text for gen x is that text messages used to be limited (and then were 10cents a piece), so gotta string those thoughts all together.

  3. Great — reminds me of Car Talk. As a boomer, work texts are high-tech ball and chain, and each text yanks the chain. I respond asap. My younger family members must experience my texts very differently. Looking forward to more.

  5. hello! millennial born in 1991 here, and this made my night! so funny, and i learned about the finger meme thing for the first time! i can see myself sending messages like and “understanding” most of the gen z vibes, but also not really. also vibes…LOL
